Dr. David Mike Moore is an emeritus professor in instructional technology in the College of Human Resources and Education at Virginia Tech. His research has been focused on instructional design and distance learning, and he is the author of over 100 articles in that field. He is also the author of Visual Literacy, which received AECT’s outstanding textbook publication award.
