Dr. Abigail Hawkins is the vice president of learning and development at Academy Mortgage Corporation. Prior to that, she was the vice president of education at E-Trade and director of learning design and development at Investools from TD Ameritrade Holdings. Dr. Hawkins received her PhD in nstructional sychology and echnology from Brigham Young University (BYU).
