Tomika W. Greer is Assistant Professor and Undergraduate Program Coordinator of Human Resource Development at the University of Houston. Previously, Dr. Greer worked for 10 years as a training and development professional in several organizations. She earned a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology and a PhD in Human Resource Development.
