Daniel R. Winder has conducted research for business, industry, government, and education for over 20 years. His PhD from Utah State University was in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences, with an emphasis on psychometrically measuring moral reasoning. When not consulting, Dan enjoys spending time with his spouse of 22 years and their 6 children, as well as joking about changing the world with his social media posts. On a personal note, his favorite activities include mountain biking on his e-bike, coaching his children’s sports teams, and fishing the fall salmon run out of the Great Lakes area.
