José "Jay" Fulgencio, Ph.D. is an instructor at Roosevelt University for the Heller College of Business, Organizational Leadership. Dr. Jay earned his Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University. Dr. Jay has been teaching for near a decade in higher education with experience in face to face, online, and hybrid learning environments.
